@FRANKANATOR2000, are you in the military? If so, can you answer a dumb question? I was having a debate on pot legalization with a military guy(just joining). I'm pro-legalize, he's against/thinks pot smokers are idiots(his opinion, that's fine). I mentioned I know some military guys that puff, so he might not want to be so insulting. He replied that he'd rat out any soldier he caught puffing. Would his fellow soldiers be cool with that? I figure he'd be ostracized, but you'd know better than me

im not in the military but my aplication is in progress so i looked into the rules on drugs an ect
the forces does not want you smoking pot but alot have in the past (over 50% of canadians try it)
i wouldnt want my buddy smoking pot while we have weapons and explosives and on an operation
at a party i dont care if he smoked or not its a party but if the drug test picked it up then he would be in trouble

@perryfan10, and which scientific study are you referring to that shows pot makes you paranoid? Plus, I'm not talking about smoking pot while they're on patrol. Plus, it's not like sober troops have done a very good job not killing civilians, so your point is moot(50 civilians killed for every militant).

@TheSkinzilla "Moot" That's why you don't let soldiers smoke pot. 99% wouldn't have a clue what moot means let alone how much pot is enough. All the pot smokers I know are risk takers. Some are very successful business men that make millions of dollars. The military does not want risk takers. They want men that follow orders.
