It had a twinturbo on it but it overheated since only 1 fan worked for atleast a year so It overheated I guess ... I KILLED IT ffs! Now I have the GTX550Ti which is better in 10-15fps but still the 9800GTX+ was my babey :(

@I3loody the 480 470 and 465 are the biggest Failure in the Geforce 400 series they consume very high power 800 and 600 watts with out SLI and run extreamky hot. Only the 460 is successful. But now comes the 500 series which is nearing its end with Nvidia realising newer cards sometime in the future. Anyways the cards i recommend are GTX 560 which perfoms as much as the 470 but lower power consumption and very low temperature. and if that isnt enough get the GTX 560ti a bit better or the GTX 570

@FsimulatorX Absolute lie. I run 470 SLI with a 750watt power supply and an i7 930. Both cards overclocked to 800mhz, and the cpu is overclocked to 4.2ghz. Learn your facts. An 850 could handle 2 480's no problem. Been running this for a year. The power consumption is heavily exaggerated. Basically, it equates to a few cents per day at max load vs. an ATI 5000 series. Stop spreading misinformation. Also, I barely pass 60c at max load, but I have a Twin Frozr II cooler.

their no point in getting a dual gpu. If a single card can run all games at your moniters highest resolution with max detail that makes a dual gpu a waste of money. The single card will most likely run cooler consume less power. BTW the higher the resolution the more texture memory a video card needs. That why athe gtx 9800 slow down at higher resolutions.

Me either, I have to replace my eVGA 8600GT 256MB, and my cousin will sell his (2 years used, but not overclocked or stressed continuously and finally overvolted like mine :D) for 50 dollars.

What I'm going to do is use the 8600GT instead of this Intel GMA 3100 (actually the power of a 5500 FX almost) and I'll be able to play Oblivion and stuff until I can buy a new PSU and then finally a new card.

By then, all cards should be cheaper after next month when the GTX 300s come out.
