Actually if anyone was wondering both songs were recorded in 1998 however No Scrubs was released in March of 1999 while Stay the Night was released in September/Fall of 1999 they both sound simular to Can We(Get Kinky) by SWV which was released in 1997 record btw 1996/1997 either way all three songs are good in their own right. :)
