It is buy-able, But it costs like shit. So u can pirate it. But i don't tell you to now :P

But serisly this is, layer 1: noise texture with Dodgy as comositing mode, layer 2: the text with red color and light ray effect, layer 2: same text but with white color gaussian blur, radial blur and u can add some glow to make it better ^^ then the sounds :P
