Not sure of the lighter end, possibly 70kgs? I weigh around 95 kgs, you can handle quite a wind on the 700. I am not the fittest of people but with patience and loads of practice, I am sure most people can sail them.

I go to menorca sail too and i'm thinking about getting a boat... With experiance helming and crewing 200s, 500s and 29ers are these hard to sail?

yup. it is. who's that? totally gutted, i tried to slow down to wait for comet, but pinning the kite in knocked me over! embarrasing....
