So you can have all the grenades land at almost the exact same time, making it so saying "incoming fire" pointless; by time you said it, all the grenades landed.

No, because there is NO concussive force being used to fire the projectile in the first place. This is basically a Mag-Rail weapon, using electricity and magnets to launch the projectiles.

Well obviously the military is gonna use test shells instead of exploding shells... This is a test, so why spill good grenades if you can use test ones? kind of spilling explosives.
I think this weapon would be useful to light infantry. Its light-vehicle portible, high rate of fire, and low support. I can just imagine a final protective fire behind of HE and smoke grenades.

The more we spend, the less soldiers die. We took out Iraq and its leader, Saddam, and his two evil twisted torturing sons, Udai and Qusai IN 3 WEEKS. Thats all. Iran and Syria get ready!!! actually, this system was as a fixed position defense system. it is thought that anyone seeing this system in action, wouldn't think of crossing it. it is designed to use multiple emplacements, easily hidden, firing a multitude of different loads. the heart of the system is not, as you might think, it incredible speed, but actually it's integrated computerized fire control, where by a small number of individuals could control a vast amount of ground from a safe distance from the front line.

uhm, theyre going to replace the old mortars with these, plus the australian F88s ae getting rid of the old m203s and placing a version of this on the gun instead. can fire 3 grenade rounds in succession instead of the m203s 1 round/reload.

I think this weapon would be useful to light infantry. Its light-vehicle portible, high rate of fire, and low support. I can just imagine a final protective fire behind of HE and smoke grenades.
