That was absolutely horrible; like fingernails on a chalk board!! Alaina didn’t do this song justice because she was too busy screwing around with the song. She sounded like she was in pain most of the time. I think for the most part she has a good voice and talent, but you just can’t mess with a classic that much and expect people to like it! Next time, do the song justice and forget about trying to make the song all about you and your voice. Make your next performance about the song instead!!

Great talent. There is definitely still hope for her career. Many of the American Idol winners do not have long lasting careers now, and sometimes it's the runners up that end up lasting longer. Look at Adam Lambert, his career totally surpassed the winner of that season, I don't even remember the winner's name!

I can disagree slightly. She is a very good singer, but she definitely forces her voice which occasionally pushes her sharp, it can be quite jarring. Her real strength is as a performer, she looks like she belongs on stage.
