How to install a bow mount MinnKota trolling motor

Funny because I've been meaning to do this to my 15' gregor. Question though, other thn welding a piece to the bow to mount the trolling motor, what's the best way to make a platform for the trolling motor to mount on ? Thanks !

@th3stunts , If you do not have a bow deck you will have to get a bow plate made by a fab shop. The other option is to make your own deck out of plywood an attach it to the gunnels on the bow. Remember a power drive motor base needs to extend past the gunnel for the trollong motor to deploy properly.
