I was a millionaires son, had a beautiful extremely intelligent girlfriend, everything anyone would ever want, i wont speak of what brought me into it, lets just say pride is the biggest downfall of anyone, and depression is a sickness and you need help if you have it because you CANT HELP YOURSELF.

@jenngrove16 I have told myself, and believe my depression is environmental (shit thats happening in my life) I think yours may be too. Just become a better person, look inside yourself and be kind to others and that in turn will help you. Pride isn't always a bad thing, it depends what you are taking pride in. Go back and deal with your "downfall". It may not make it all better, but it will give you piece of mind and hopefully closure. Then you can move foreward.

@jenngrove16 Not completely true. You can it's just very difficult. Although I still do feel depressed sometimes I don't ponder on the thoughts, and I ignore the feeling. It's still there, and I can't make it go away completely, but it helps to understand there's no reason for it, and I found that out on my own.
