Besides excellent pitch control, excellent dynamic range, subleties in voice inflection and so on...listen to the full time value of the notes being sung...no dying out on the singing tone. These are indications of well trained vocalists.

In Celtic woman she was just a new comer. She's heading for the stars now. Her career has really taken off.

Both excellent voices here, but it seems like they lost the equal volume balance for a little bit. I've heard her sing with Andrea Bocelli. Excellent. She has an unusual timbre to her voice. Very penetrating and clear. If you hear her in the midst of 4 other voices, she still stands out.

She's going to be singing Hank Snows "I've been everywhere man" song soon. LOL kidding.

headcheck78 that was pretty observant about her earpiece. It looks like she left the right earpiece out from the beginning of the song until 2:21 (as you pointed out). I was wonder why she looked to be having difficulties singing for the first half of the song. She is amazing and my favorite female singer - Go Hayley!!!
