I was also in same trouble....To get rid of these errors You should run command prompt as Administrator.(Run As Administrator).

im on a comtuter and my mom is the adminstrator and she has parentail settings on my computer acc that im on and i want to make a new acc that dosent have parentail controls that she has set with comand promt and if she almoust finds out i need to know how to delete it to so can u make a vid of that?
