She was injured just before Nationals in 06, then after she got to then Olympics that year, she injured herself again and had to withdraw. She had surgery on her hip that summer and this spring graduated from the University of Denver where she was attending as she recovered from surgery. She started training before this season started...but decided she wanted to go to grad school instead of competing. Still hasn't retired, though.
