  • can u show how to make the lane

  • i like the hook balls he sometimes make! did he add some spin on it?

  • ugh, i leave that too at 4:56 but without the 7

  • His armswing is so clean and neat! :D

Reminds me a lill bit about Chris Barnes :P

  • STRRRRRRRRRIKKKE

  • first i though it was a machine behind a pin but i guess it was a kid

  • how old are you now

  • back when i was about this age, we set up a similiar lane in our basement....i practiced for my saturday afternoon league at least 3 times a week even using the scoring sheets we used in the era prior to automatic scoring...

  • FOUL! you can't walk on the lane after you bowl lol

  • i just realized he's using a softball to bowl, lol

  • Yes, a softball. There were also croquet balls and the very lightweight plastic (hollow) balls that came with the set of pins. The softball got the most realistic reaction, except that it tended to bounce due to the stitching. The hollow plastic balls that came with the toy pins were just too light and deflected way too much. The croquet balls didn't deflect at all, and were a little too small. The size and weight of the softball made it the best choice. Too bad it bounced so much.

  • i want to see how he's bowling now!!

  • lots of strikes!!!

  • Nice! It looks like it's from the 80's or something though!

  • I mean by the 80's is the picture just looks tinted or something nevermind

  • no really????

  • Well, yeah. If you'd read the info about the clip, you'd have seen that it was, indeed, shot in 1981.

  • He's just a kid give him some slack dude bellow

  • i was just curios, i meant no offense. i think its cool.

  • how on earth would he curve that ball? short lane, no oil, whats the deal?

  • you do realise, that a bowling lane is only oiled about 3/4 of the way up?

the reason it hooks is because theres no oil.

  • Comment removed

  • This is pretty cool must of sucked to have to put the pins up

  • whew! killer curve kid!

  • Wow! That kid has one wicked curve. Must be a student of the great Mark Roth.

  • We just had a benefit for him at my house in sea girt new jersey not too long ago

  • What is his prognosis? I haven't heard much since his stroke.

  • Oh i'm sorry i don't know, unfortunately i couldn't bowl in it

  • So what kind of oil pattern you got?!!

    Ha...

  • that's an awesome bowling lane.

  • Looks like your reactive resin softball has a dull surface, You should put in in the ball polisher for the 50cent cycle so it will read the lane a little later. And keep it outside 10! The middle of the lane is flying!! ;) Love this vid!

  • can u build me 1?

  • nice hook

  • are those real pins

  • awesome

  • What do you mean "how?" With paint and a paint brush. The family's last name is Brown. Get it? ;-)

  • how can u change brunswick to brownswick ?????

  • brun is french for brown

  • @zatch914 i guess there last name is brown

  • I commented on the other video of this lane as having one just like it as a kid. I used motor oil to oil the first 12 feet of the lane to slow down the hook for as a ball we used a plastic toy version of a Candlepin ball. I see you also had a set of the higher scoring colored pins over the lower scoring white pins. I had like 4 sets of colored pins so I took out all of the yellow ones and made a matching set in a color close to white. Tons of 300's with those pins and 1, 300 on the white ones.
