@Gruzefix11 ein Ausländer wird bei nem Unternehmen nur aufgenommen wenn's keinen Deutschen gibt der sich besser für die Stelle eignet. Also wenn sie doch nen Job kriegen, dann sind die verdammt gut und sind nur ein Vorteil fürs Land. Andererseits wollen viele Deutsche keine Drecksarbeit machen, wie putzen u.Ä. Da sind Ausländer oft viel lockerer. Also, wie gesagt, die erste Generation ist da, weil sie gebraucht wird. Die Frage ist nur wie man am besten die zweite integriert.

I think this works for an English speaking audience because he's black.
