@VittiVega would it be better to record the amp with a t bone or option 2 to not buy a mic at all and just use the m audio with the line in from guitar ? or will the quality on the audio be worse ?
@hjalmarBuoi The mic is used to record the real sound of the amplifier. If you record using the line in you can use programs such as pro tools to emulate any kind of amps and effects. The recording quality of a good amp exceeds that of any emulation, but not its versatility. That's your choice.
@VittiVega yeah, i think too that its harder to play while monitoring, and i dont like emulated :P i havent even tried , but i try to avoid digital effected guitar :DD though i use a modeling amp (psst) i will someday get a bugera tube amp, i just gotta fix the money :P
@rrgert4 You must have an USB interface. In the video has been used a "t.bone micplug" as cheap recording solution for home. It works well but it needs some software eq to match the real tone.
@rrgert4 24,70€ in thomann web site. I recommend buy a longer usb cable, the usb cable included is too short and can cause some problems in the placement of the mic.
will the quality improve if i get a t bone MB75 anda m audio fast track

@hjalmarBuoi Yes, the maudio interface has better A/D converters than the tbone micplug.

@VittiVega will the quality still be good

@rrgert4 For that price I think is acceptable, there are better interfaces and microphones, but are more expensive.
