Jeff let me tell you how I feel because it appears that you actually read the comments. I love your series and they are frankly some of the best content on youtube. What I find frustrating is someone figuring out the mechanics of a game. Not hating on you but it's tough watching someone struggle with it. Having said that this game and series is awesome and I will watch all the episodes and enjoy it even more when you figure out the mechanics and all you have left to figure out is the puzzles.

hey Jeff, i'm sure you figured this out already, but the stuff that glows green are "out of time;" meaning they are not affected by your time warping powers. That's why a glowing lever will stay pulled even after you rewind time.

Love this game, anyway. Great music, really oddly written (do i dare say purple prose? Maybe). Looking forward to more parts!

I had to skip puzzle pieces and trial-and-error the puzzles when I played this game also. Those trying to give him "advice" or basically saying that MB is too stupid for this game are just assholes, seriously. Not everyone solves puzzles the same way you do. Maybe it takes a little longer, maybe a little less time. The point is to enjoy the game. Seriously.

I found out that when watching him butcher a game I know by heart like Mario, is somehow less painful than figuring out what to do before him on a game I have also never played, and then having to wait for him to catch on :(. Oh well, I'm sure he'll figure it all out eventually!

This is actually quite a challenging game. Genius and beautiful as well. I spent 30-45 minutes on certain pieces later in the game so no worries jeff you're doing just as well as anyone else would indeed. Any idiots who think they know better either know the game or have no concept of how challenging these games can be. You=bouse for life. Me=fan for life.

I'm agreeing with so many people here, just stay put near a puzzle piece and observe what is going on around you. Its only frustrating for people who have played this game before but don't worry because im sure there are going to be some puzzles you figure out a lot faster than they did. One piece of advice is that every piece is obtainable and nothing is out of your reach and sometimes the artwork of the world is the answer.

I know when I first played I ran around just like you and had to learn how things work. Watching you explore/experiment is like 3/4 the fun of a blind LP of a game. You are doing fine and keep it up! A tip for you Jeff, when you see an object and it's glowing green, time cannot manipulate those, which means going back in time is actually gonna do something. And if the object does NOT glow green, going back in time just means you're gonna face your death again, and again, and again.

But, rather most of us are just asking that when you come to a puzzle or problem that you don't know, rather that brute-forcing your way through it, just stop for 30 seconds and watch how it works. It's feels so much better for both you and the observer when you figure out a puzzle by thinking it through, instead of winging it and happening to get it right.
