I am absolutely pleased that the Opposition leader now has an official office. Why shoudln't she? The opposition in any democracy plays an important role. Jamaica, despite challenges is still a democracy Not to mention, that whomever comes after whether from the JLP/PNP as opposition leader, has an official place to do the government's business.

Under the Westminster system, the position of leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Oppostion receives a salary and funding to maintain a private office. Which is only right and proper, but an official residence at a cost to the tax payer that they can ill afford? is a step too far. Cummin like Driva lick im head!
