There is one episode that still to this day stands out as my favorite episode of COPS. When Crystal Twist came to Empire City and Berserko became an addict causing the COPS and criminals to team-up. That was a powerful episode and will "never" forget it.

I had forgotten all about this and still the memory is foggy but I'm pretty sure I loved this show and even had all the action figures- I thought the Big Boss character was KingPin from the animated SpiderMan cartoon, I think... and didn't even realize there was the whole other show- WOW!
