  • my 99 has 230,598 on the clock. great running car, never let me down! :)

  • yukon xl got 240k miles and still kicking

  • why is your drl light flashign

  • My 99 Cav has 144k on it, and yes, it is all about the routine maintenance. I use Restore in my engine every other oil change, change the oil every 4k miles, use fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank, keep it clean, and that puppy runs like a dream.

  • .27 booooooom

  • my 98' has 202k. Lifters are gettin noisy, but still going strong! and 30+mpg

  • mine is goin strong at 211,000

  • You guys are all going crazy over a vehicle running for 100k+ miles, how about my Pawpaw's Chevy truck running with 400k+ miles and was still going strong until the transmission went out a couple of months ago.

  • my cavalier 2001 148000 miles.. 50000 miles delivering pizza.. and still kicking as$

  • Don't know why people knock these Cavaliers. They're not fancy or as refined as I'd like but they're dependable and are cheap and easy to fix when shit does go wrong. One of the smarter decisions financially.

  • I have a 93' Cavalier with 130,000 miles and still runs perfect.

  • ya im gettiing one for 700 with 150 thousand and has no rust or body damige

  • My 2002 Cavalier has 78,000 miles on it. I am the second owner, my wife bought it new before we started dating. I am driving it until it doesn't move...and I think that will be a while from now.

  • @blue06lt - To reach your goal, make sure to use the best synthetic lubricants you can get your hands on.

  • mine is 2002 and is soon 200 000 but still works

  • it's almost as rewarding as becoming a father for the first time

  • damm, my 97' cavy will get 250 000 miles soon.!

  • My 98 cavalier has 69700 miles. I am the original owner.

  • 98cavalier too Yet, mines has 90k miles. I am the original owner.

  • Heheh, your daytime running lights weren't working. I had to get that fixed on my cavalier before i hit 100k

  • No, the daytime running lights don't turn on by themselves in the Manual version of the cavalier (I have a 98 Z24, and that light just flashes to let you know to turn on your lights), the transmission doesn't "know" what gear its in, unlike an automatic.

  • @joshgrami eee i had an 98 Z22 (the canadian RS model) manual transmission and my DRL was always open when my hand brake was down and in this video the car looks automatik

  • hurray! ITS NEW YEARS!!

haha, thats cool how it was all 9's

  • haha nice i watched my chevy cavaleir turn 200,000 miles.......yeah.....what lives we got.....lol

  • hey im my-l and im a junoir @ Paulsboro Gigh in NJ, and i have a Green Chevy Cavalier Z24 had it since '06 but it good i love it but it's not custumized but i think im bout 2 get a New never used 2007 Ford Fusion SEL in Silver Birch like in 6 months

  • I have a 98 with about 86K. Not bad I think for a 10 year car

  • Wow that was great!

  • AAHHAA yeah i have a 1999 chevy cavalier.... with the 2.2.... piece of junk if i do say so... imean the car runs preety good and all. But its NOTHING compared to an acura integra gsr 1.7l that has almost 100 more hp....and the body type is almost the same wieght if not less.... iono iono looking forward to my new civic or integra by the end of the summer :).. and theres no good racing videos with this car...=SLOW :(

  • read what you said, the integra has almost 100 hp more and youre saying its a piece! that makes NO sense but what ever dude, go live in your own little, narrow minded world

  • they don't make 215hp. the gsr makes around 180. last time i checked the weakest cavalier motor made 115hp.

  • are you all really so impressed, mine is still going strong, with 283,000. It's all about routine maintenance

  • im with ya on the routine maintenance

  • @dubs48 my 2001 cavalier has 86,000 miles on it and it's still going strong. i probably keep driving til the wheels fall off

  • i'm gonna get one on the 5th april... 255 000km. how often do you make a routine maintenance? is this car really as fragile as i heard it was?

  • righteous,. drive it like you stole it! +1 for 100,000 mile videos

  • i bought a cavvalier in 2000 so it had a 3 year warrenty and 5 years later it was ackting bad so one day i was on the interstate and it jus cut off so i was like stuck and then it cut off again and it had 100,000 miles on it ugg i had to sell it

  • my 1990 cavalier made 200,000 miles lollllllllllllllllllllllllolllllllllllllolololololololololololololololololololol

  • my 1991 cav just made 120,000 km :(

  • Hah, we have an old '78 VW bus that's 600 miles off of 50,000

  • WOOHOO!

Our car did something similar a while ago.

  • Wow, a Chevy Cavalier that made it to 100,000 miles

  • lol my dad bought a cavalier back in 96 and a year later the fuckin timing chain broke...had the whole motor replaced. im sorry but they are pieces of shit, we've had rod knocks and all sorts of other shit happen to that car but now he has altima

  • the newer ones have better motors in them
