  • @baboman123 yea sure. i focus more on shaping the muscle though. im not really into max big lifts no more!

  • yea @mrsandibottom. great lift. i never use straps on my lift but if i did i wud prolly get more reps. also guys check out my new video on abs. i promise you guys will enjoy it! LoLL

  • nice lifts man, keep it up. form looks good

  • @smats42 thanksss! form comes first!

  • Wow normal grip, nice

  • @spartan1081990 thanks brothaaaaa! RaW baby

  • @sup7man if you can do that you should practice clean and jerks and snatches, since you already have a valuable grip, back, legs strength combo.

  • @spartan1081990 yea use to do those back in the high school days for football. those are real tough on your body

  • Do you do a warm up first? is so, then what is it? Im almost at 405 but somtimes I think im not getting it cuz im doin to many reps in the warm up.

  • @MrSandiBottom i hit 405 for the first time today and i was in the same boat as you. i switched up my warm up a bit and was able to pull it off. i did 12 reps at 225, then 8 reps at 275, then 6 reps at 315, then took a bit longer rest than usual, and went all out for 405. nailed it. good luck

  • @jasonppn nice great lifts. you got sum strength

  • @MrSandiBottom always warm up! you dont wanna get hurt bro

  • Good form man, no complaints there. One thing to keep in mind... the deadlift is unique in that it starts from the floor at a DEADstop, unlike the squat, which uses a stretch reflex. My deadlifts used to look just like that. The first rep was by far the hardest. The next few were easy in comparison, and the last rep was challenging. Notice, how the 1st is a struggle and the next 3 are fast. Try pausing for a second at the bottom, and you won't be able to handle as much weight.

  • @jared1409 this plus touch and go deadlifts will most likely fuck your back up in the long run.

  • @svvede form is key!

  • @jared1409 alright thanks for the advice. ill try that out even though max lifts arent a goal of mine! im all bout the looks ya dig!

  • Yo bro how did you get your grip so STRONG...i wanna be able to lift without straps

  • @hailmary5150 Then lift without straps and your grip will get stronger.

  • @edwalzak i agreeeeee

  • @hailmary5150 just dont use straps throw em out iv never used straps never will

  • @StokedBeastMotoDr i think you should use them here an there but on max lifts you may need them

  • @hailmary5150 Next time you deadlift, ditch the straps.

  • @BExASt1 i agree! always go raw when possible!

  • @BExASt1 i agree!!

  • @hailmary5150 just ditch straps an your grip will eventually adapt to your workouts!

  • strong lift! and good form too

  • @gnarlycharlie666 form comes first!

  • good shit bro

  • @gibsonguy400 thanks brothaaa

  • nice reps, good form

  • @conraddavies thanks! check out my other vids when you get a chance
