Chrono Trigger Ending - Radical Dreamers

The first time I saw this anime ending, I never understood why there was a baby there. Until today, when I studied and connected the plots of the parallel games, that I came to understand that the child was Kid. But what I don't get is why is Kid in Chrono's world, unless I missed an important fact.

Uh, it's the same world. Chrono Cross takes place 20 years after Chrono Trigger, being its direct sequel and all. Did you beat CC? There are many scenes towards the end that makes the connections really obvious, like

@virgil592 if you noticed that, then you probably noticed crono looks like goku with red hair, this is because the artist that drew the DB series, Akira Toriyama, also illustrated Chrono Trigger, i dont meant to sound like a smart ass, but i just wanted you to know the connection

i love all the dbz/tobal and dragon warrior/quest references.also that little purple robot is the ne burning in cross in lucas house during the flash back where you save little kid.

the baby that lucca took was schala's clone. she's in chrono cross, her name is Kid.

It's actually not all too hard tbh though. All you gotta do is be assertive, and in fights, be aggressive and tactical :)

actualy i found a very easy way to do it... (yes i did get the ending) farm for goblins... if u come up agenst the goblin that kid taunts to start the battle then kid will run at him and attack him and if you mimic kid then u get +5 affection

haha I did the goblins that have a mace and ball-n-chain. Cut their hand, then run behind them and smack them with a mace. Instant and easy, no Dmg to Serge

@punkoid2 Good question, but when I was a child and first played the game, I assumed that ever since Ayla, the family has been the rulers of the Kingdom since far long ago. Ayla, Zeal, Leene, Marle. I thought they were related by ancestry. LOL.

@drecklia i never thought of it that way i always thought that it was the survivors of the fall of zeal and the land people that lived together to become a kingdom, the only heir known was Magus,and he stayed in 12,000 B.C. so there may be a possibility there. but considering his hard and emotionless lifestyle someone might have warmed up to him at the end of crimson echoes/tides or flames of eternity

and if you noticed Chrono circulate is the one worn by the most of heros of dragon warrior/quest. The references are on purpose.Akira hated dbgt, but he stated he loved vegeta's gt design.and i think glenn as a human looks badass
