@TheRestartt they aren't trying to be the ramones, but the ramones were an extremely good band and green day practically worships the ground they walked on. they are just doing a cover...a lot of bands do. This is a super good cover though, they had this one blitzkreig bop, and outsider which are all absolutely amazing.
It's an outdate phyciatric procedure in wish the frontal lobe of a paitents brain would be removed to 'cure' them of whatever mental illness they had. As you'd except, they couldnt do much without the front of their brain...
a lobotomy is not an outdated procedure, it is still done today in extreme cases of epilepsy or other neurological problems.
