Cindy McCain may be a nice lady trying to do something meaningful in her otherwise meaningless life, but even with all her millions, she looks sad. Maybe it's her health problems, or maybe it's the powerful addiction to narcotics which once led her to commit a crime for which poorer women not married to a senator would go to prison. Or maybe it's being married to the man with whom she once had an adulterous affair, as he cheated on his good but disabled wife. Maybe that makes her feel bad.
