I am gonna hike Harpers Ferry to New Ringold on the AT and carry a camera. We know bears and mountain lion spotted in area. Any advice about AT. I hiked 2 days and camped 1 night in 2008 on AT. Mosquitos are bad in the woods of Pa. The New Tripoli camp site had litter and broken glass. The summit bar should stop selling bottles of beer. I bought can of coke to go.
I personaly do alot of hiking in that area and find that atv drivers for the most part are respectful which i can tell blgodo is but for that select few there are alot of nonrespectful riders.

Quads destroy nature. Do you got license plate on of road vehicle? Plenty of hardwood up in those hills.
