No, that unlocks the Aero-Glider (Fastest car in the game, so you should still aim for it).

To unlock dry bowser, you get star rank or higher in every 150cc RETRO cup.

@Geoffrey3311 i got three stars in every cup, the trick is to be on top speed al the time. so don't bump into walls or get hit by banana's. and be in first place al the time. good luck

@metal3411 When you go to Grand Prix, You select 150cc, and you look at all the stages, you see a trophy, and it has a rank, might have 1 star, 2, 3, or A B C D etc, you need 1 star on every stage in 150cc (yes you have to get 1st place on everything, im still trying to beat it to!) Once your done with all the stages, you will unlock Dry Bowser! ^^ Goodluck
