Kingdom Hearts I & II + the final mixes are on PS2. Chain of Memories is on GBA. RE:Chain of memories is on PS2. Birth By Sleep is on PsP. 358/2 days is on DS. Coded is on Cell phones. KHIII is presumeably on PS3.

Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 are on PS2, and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (set between the two) is on Gameboy Advance.

Three new games: Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts coded, will be released Nintendo DS, Playstation Portable and mobile phones respectively, all of which are confirmed to have a link to a future game (presumably on Playstation again).

And if you mean in the game, I don't think you can turn voices off. You can't on the original games. On the Final Mix re-releases you might be able to, I'm not sure. I don't think so though.
