I thank you for your concern, but the physics of it make it impossible to do that unless you're totally inept. The grip angle, trigger position, and hammer position make it highly unlikely that a person could fan a gun up toward their face. Lets not take this too seriously.... fanning is fun when you're in a controlled situation. My revolver is just fine because this is not a daily practice. Again just having fun in the country.
@Townclownsunite I practice fanning my Vaquero all the time, there is no way you are going to flip it back on yourself without the gun coming completely out of your hand. limp wristed people shouldnt be handing pistols anyway...

real fast shooting! i cant wait to get one of those. single action rocks! the dont jam like new guns< they require less maintnence and cleaning< and i personally like the look and cowboy times so theis rock!
No it's a cowboy gun. I recommend a good .45 like a Kimber. Or possibly a Glock if you want to keep it simple. If that's not simple enough you may want a revolver, but I'd get a double action not a single action.
i disagree, it would be a fine gun for home defense if you feel comftorable shooting one.
do a search for john taffin on google and read what his opinion is on single actions for selfe defense. just because its a "cowboy gun" doesnt mean it wont get the job done. they will still kill someone, God forbid, if necessary.
It's a new model in .45LC. I put in a light spring kit which makes it a little easier to work the hammer and trigger. I want to say it's a 13oz trigger and 14lbs hammer. Stock is a 23lbs hammer and a pretty heavy trigger.
Nice video, but what's with the girl saying "I love you" at the end?

Don't fan your single actions. You'll destroy the revolver.

Castercamber is absolutely right and you can also kill yourself! Fanning a revolver, and flipping it back on yourself and it fires is NOT good.
