hey you seem to be doing some full body and multiple muscle exercises.. I wouldnt dare to do these because of my wrists.. I go to the gym 3 times a week till about a month ago I had to stop because of my exams... but all of a sudden my wrists start to hurt.. by just doing normal stuff.. are there any exercises or things to solve my wristpain problem... should I stretch it a lot or rest it?
When they throw those medicine balls down and lift them, should there be a certain way to lift as to not injure your back, especially if you have a weak back
Today is my lone off day from the gym and this made me want to go work out. LOL I'll be in my weight training class tomorrow, so this is just motivation for then.
