I thought that the Happiness Patrol had some fantastic ideas and some crap. The most fantastic idea in this is the Kandy Man (I loved the design too but the only thing is they should have made him more sinister for people to actually buy it and make it like a twisted fairy tale). Crap idea the Happiness Patrol.

i've never really liked this episode the Berty basset on crack monster villain was just too much, though the concept was good. Sort of a 1984 for children. I'm told the leader Helen was supposed to be a Thatcher parody. Now that would have been worth seeing.
