No. Plus, you have to do numerous conversations with the right character over the course of the game to do it. If you do come to that situation, just say no when it comes up. Besides, the scene is about 15 seconds and doesn't show anything you wouldn't see on ABC or FX on tv.

this game isnt like kotor, nothing is the same, the dialogue will be one of the most unique and best systems, you can just shoot people up or you can play kind of turn based. this game will own most everything except for bioshock, halo 3 will sell the most though just because it is halo

I think you may be right. It might not sell as well as Halo 3. I own Halo 3 and love the franchise, but I actually think this game will be far better. I anticipate awesomeness, and there's even a decent chance of this game becoming an absolute classic. BioWare has made some truly awesome games in the past. And this game is very similiar to Knights of the Old Republic which were full of options but absolutely AMAZING games. I daresay this looks even better. The graphics are incredible.
