if u have cheap kitchen knives trow them out... not worth expense.... if your a cook then that's different..... your using expensive knives...... so you should consider the product..... it looks very good..... 5 star vid....

Chef's Choice 460 and AnySharp and Smith's Diamond Sharpening Stone Fine Grit 750.
My main EDC that I'm most interested in keeping sharp is VG-1 Stainless.

I've got around 4 sharpners but I can still never get my knives as sharp as I'd like, not even close. There must be a special trick to it.

@ZapposHowTo Non-serrated ones and with what I think is pretty good steel.
