I still have this on album cassette. I was introduced to The Neville Brothers by 99.1 WHFS(Washington/Baltimore radio).That radio station was so open-minded at the time.They were alternative or college radio and that diversity is what attracted me to that radio station. They would play stuff like this or De La Soul, Big Audio Dynamite,The Smiths etc. For me being a african -american teen that always felt out of place this station spoke to me. Back to "Yellow Moon",its a beautiful tune.
