  • @DacaFOR moras da pocnes da radis zgib tako da se izvuces skroz do kraja da , tj dok ti se nadlakat ne sudari sa podlaktom i to bez klacenja i bez pokreta nogu, takodje je bitno da ides svaki zgib izkrajnje amplitude tj kad su ruke skroz ispravljene. bitni su i trbusnjaci. njih jacas najbolje podizanjem ispravljenih nogu iz polozaja za zgib. u svakom momentu ovih vezbi moras da kontrolises svoje teziste da se ne klatis i ne prelamas ukolenima i kukovima.

  • @barfly38111 bitno je da hvat nije prstima nego povrsinom dlana zbog stabilnosti. kada se dovoljno kondicioniras da ovako radis svaki zgib mozes da probas da uvezbas tehniku. isti ovaj hvat ali se sad pri povlacenju cimnes nogama da katapultiras teziste na gore, a u tranziciji prebacis laktove i uradis propadanje.
