this may seem easy on its own. she is doing it slow. try having it added into a choreographed routine and you do 3 step turns over and over again, frontwards and backwards...it really gets your feet tangled up.

no this is a very common belly dance move used by some belly dancers alot dont use it its rare to see that a belly dancer would do it like her but this move is verry common when you dance to a flute rhythm in belly dance there are many spins in turns this one is not used by many belly dancers
