GMAT IS A STUPID TEST, it cant predict the amount of success for a student, it cans show if the student have a unique vision. that is what happens when a company such as ETS is a cartel and non of the American universities will stand up against it... maybe but just maybe cus of the fact is that the rank of the business school measures the GMAT scour as a criteria to the rank of the program.
GMAT is a stupid test. Business schools should focus on a students business attuitude, does he/she have the ability to turn around a failing business or can they grow a business...a test for business aptitude should be conducted along business problems and not along silly GMAT

The GMAT 3 hours is too short especially the Quant part.

The guy at 3:30 made a mistake. He meant to say that the GMAT was a larger indicator as you get more years frmo your undergrad.
