This is only clear to chess theorists! Clearly, white will capture the rook on a8, or capture a bishop or knight which tries to block. White will be leading with extra pieces. This is why most players tend to avoid the QGA and play QGD!

The moves played in this game are as follows. Put simply black plays the weakest moves possible for the given situation. By the end of whites 6th move he has a winning game. 1. d4 d5 2. c4 dxc4 3. e3 b5 4. a4 c6 5. axb5 cxb5 6. Qf3
