@WAR60911 Thankyou !!!! Whats Good is that I'm hearing him call me back in. There are signs that I'm getting. The songs on K-Love are making sense, when they didn't before. I tried a new church last Sunday and really got into the sermon. I am reading Mathew and Psalms like crazy and my 2 Christian friends and I go to a coffee shop and they give me bible verses, mixed worship music CD's. Truth is, Iv'e always loved music and I feel that Third Day really is one of the best Christian bands.

I have a great love for this Third Day song and many others. I play guitar and sing with our Praise Team. Playing and sing for the sake of an effective Praise Team and His glory has put me in an excellent position to be praising the Lord practically every day. Singing these songs in praise of Him swells my heart, humbles my ego and invokes...yes, great passion for my Saviour. Sharing this understanding with others is a great ministry on its own. God can answer prayer through music.

But I'm at a cross roads in my life right now and this song represents where I stand right now.
Rejoice Tom because you are being changed to become what is that you were created for. I promise you that the Lord "WILL" reveal this to you...in His time. Be patient, and stay focused on Him. If that seems hard, specially the stay focused part, don't dispare He will change you to make that easier then you think. This world would have you believe your place is with it and in it. This is a lie. Breathe Jesus in (read scripture) and come to know the Truth about who and what you are.

Some of my friends and school mates weren't so fortunate as they are gone from us. I wouldn't even begin to know how to lie or fabricate anything like that. I sleep well at night knowing I will be with Jesus when my work is done! My job is to spread hope to those who are searching for Jesus. He lives!

I know this might sound hard to believe but I met Jesus face to face when I was 17 I had a near death experience and when I was in front of Jesus, I felt an overwhelming love like nothing words can describe! I begged Him to let me stay but He told me "It's not your time, you must go back for you have much work to do" My point is this; God loves us so much that He gave(sacrificed) His only begotten Son Jesus Christ so that if we believe in Him we will be in heaven with God forever!
Your experience is not hard to believe at all. Christ is always there for us. It amazed me how much Christ will speak to you once you give away your old life away and choose His way, His truth, His life. The overwhelming love you felt is God, for He is love, a love that we can only understand a fraction of. One's love for their children or spouse is as close as we can get to understanding the Law of Love. Finish your work on earth then rejoice in heaven with the Lord...Amen.
To all followers of Christ, please understand that when people say hateful thing to us about God or Christ we tend to want to straighten them out for their hateful ways. Jesus foregives, but Satin would have us condem them, judge them, and hate them. Know that it is not the people you are at war with but he who would have them comdem themselves with their own words. If you were serious, then we have deeper theological issues, sistah (not dude ;) I'm just saying...you obviously cant judge people by them disliking a song haha, and if you were kidding, it just seems a bit terrible to joke about. Since accepting jesus in my life the blurry things have been HD clear, the whispers have became a shout, the faer turned into joy. We find our strength by reading the Word of God and praying to the Father. Read the bible and meditate on it each day. Turn the evil things away and let the good in. Your eyes are opened to the Truth. You can see the Truth of your relationship with Christ the Lord. You are more ready to step through the vail then you might think. Allow Christ to change your heart, He will when your heart becomes less filled with you and more full of Him. I've seen it and I have lived it. Christ will give us the strength to resist turning from him, but we must be willing to recieve Him. Talk to God with a open heart, He "IS" listening. Praise Him in the storm.

@WAR60911 Thankyou !!!! Whats Good is that I'm hearing him call me back in. There are signs that I'm getting. The songs on K-Love are making sense, when they didn't before. I tried a new church last Sunday and really got into the sermon. I am reading Mathew and Psalms like crazy and my 2 Christian friends and I go to a coffee shop and they give me bible verses, mixed worship music CD's. Truth is, Iv'e always loved music and I feel that Third Day really is one of the best Christian bands.

Their so passionit about what their singing about because Gods in their heart. I need to be around that more. These Anti- thiest people lack passion and grace, and it's bringing me down.

I have a great love for this Third Day song and many others. I play guitar and sing with our Praise Team. Playing and sing for the sake of an effective Praise Team and His glory has put me in an excellent position to be praising the Lord practically every day. Singing these songs in praise of Him swells my heart, humbles my ego and invokes...yes, great passion for my Saviour. Sharing this understanding with others is a great ministry on its own. God can answer prayer through music.

@WAR60911 I keep falling off my walk with God, But he finds me in this music. He never ceases to draw me in. I am currently trying different churches in my erea to find a good home church. Lol. I'm 41 and my current song that I'm listening to the most is , " Place in this world " By Mickel W. Smith. I used to think it was written for young Christian teens and early 20 somethings. But I'm at a cross roads in my life right now and this song represents where I stand right now.

The Lord finds you because he wants you to come to Him. Through understanding we can learn Gods Truth and that truth can set us free of the earthly desires that remove us from His Grace. Please share this: God knows everthing thing there is to know. He knows about us before we do. He wants us to talk to Him in Truth about ourselves...from the heart, about our hearts. I too had an issue with this until God spoke that to my heart. This person used this picture because they thought it was pretty, that's all. God bless them for their love for HIM!

I also have audibly heard God speak to me, 3 times...first 2 were near death experiences and, sadly, ignored his call :( last time my world was crashing around me, and I asked him if he were still there, and I swear, he told me he never left...there is NOTHING more badass than our Lord and saviour!

@perpleskittle hey man i know that you have a different way of praising God with your words, but i truelly do not believe that God cares what we say as long as your not cursing someone. i know the words have bad connotation but if people feel like they want to express themselves that way then let them. We were not put here to judge, but to love and show God's love. I know many men and women of God who cuss all the time. You can also reach other people by showing them that God accepts you anyway

TimtheBigDaddy Yes sir! I have to constantly remind myself how even though it was a horrific incident, I'm honored and privilidged to have met Jesus face to face at the age of 17 and still be here! Some of my friends and school mates weren't so fortunate as they are gone from us. I wouldn't even begin to know how to lie or fabricate anything like that. I sleep well at night knowing I will be with Jesus when my work is done! My job is to spread hope to those who are searching for Jesus. He lives!

hey everyone! I know this might sound hard to believe but I met Jesus face to face when I was 17 I had a near death experience and when I was in front of Jesus, I felt an overwhelming love like nothing words can describe! I begged Him to let me stay but He told me "It's not your time, you must go back for you have much work to do" My point is this; God loves us so much that He gave(sacrificed) His only begotten Son Jesus Christ so that if we believe in Him we will be in heaven with God forever!

Your experience is not hard to believe at all. Christ is always there for us. It amazed me how much Christ will speak to you once you give away your old life away and choose His way, His truth, His life. The overwhelming love you felt is God, for He is love, a love that we can only understand a fraction of. One's love for their children or spouse is as close as we can get to understanding the Law of Love. Finish your work on earth then rejoice in heaven with the Lord...Amen.

Jesus foregives, but Satin would have us condem them, judge them, and hate them. Know that it is not the people you are at war with but he who would have them comdem themselves with their own words. My favorite bumper sticker is "Dear Lord - Please deliver me from your followers" self righteous christians are are scourge in the war for salvation. we have to round EVERYBODY up for the rapture, and they are messing it up for the rest of us that have it figured out. now not only do we have to save EVERYONE, but we have to make up for the terrible image they place on the unsaved.
