or just take thefuse cut about 2 in take it and fold it up into a ribbon shape 0 / \  kinda like that then likght one end it maeks a neat sound while it spins and then fly off in a random direction but wihen it hit s you it wont hurt and it wont catch anyhting on fire ezer than all this

What is the purpoise of the tin foil on the first one? as far as i know this would just be extra weight, not letting it spin as fast or not fly at the end.

The tin foil is to weight it down just enough to keep it from flying instead of spinning. The reason mine didnt spin too well in the video was because the surface I did it on has cracks and grooves that slowed it down. If you do it on the street or something smooth, it will spin a lot faster.
