that's how they live in taiwan, when someone is injured because of the accident, they will ignore him/her, if you saw an accident traffic accident don't help him/her when your'e in taiwan, you might be accused by the police.

Or they smash you on a street - that's because compensation practice to those wounded and low sentences in case of fatal result of an accident.
