if you have a newer ipod youll need to find firmware for that ipod, also this is a very out dated firmware....look up newer firmwares 4.1 or higher to get better results and more updated content

dude when you restore your ipod theres no way apple can tell if you jailbroke it or not trust me dont tell you did then you will void warranty but still they willn't be able to tell.

i was jailbreaking with redsn0w and everything was fine and great, until the apple logo came up. It has wont leave. I cant put my ipod in dfu mode, and my computer wont recognize it at all. I am not sure what to do!!!

I have looked everywhere and couldnt find any results.

I unplugged it and let the battery die. Then put it in dfu(it should work) and then reinstall the firmware. Then jailbreak again and it should work

ALSO!!!there is now an untethered jailbreak for the iPod touch second gen ...just type in untethered jail break itouch 2.2.1 and click on one of the videos....I suggest one that uses quick freedom.
