I can't disagree more with B3ta and others saying this should be shorter. It only works so well because of the massive Top Gear style build-up and into. Maybe you could shave a minute or two off if you were ruthless with the editing but there's nothing in there that breaks the pace enough to warrant doing it needlessly. If it was cut down to just "Hi, we're Tom and Matt, we're going to try and get on the news" and then a 60 second montage of the news footage it wouldn't be nearly as good.
