Hope you had a memorable trip. I live in Fort Nelson and ride the Alaska hwy everytime I have days off. Managed to get in 13000km last summer. It's best in Late May to Early June. The weather is usually dry then, the Motorhome convoys to Alaska haven't shown up yet, and the chip sealing crews haven't started. No Dust, no gravel, no rain, no motorhomes = Perfect!
this is the worst open camp i have ever seen.
They don't have any cell phone booster so you have to use their own pricy phone service.
Samething with the internet and rooms are so tiny... felt like a dog.
But the country is nice around this place tought!
