ok so im a bit confused...is this what's required for every time you pray? or is this just when you are personally seeking God...im asking because what if i just want to pray for someone really quickly on the street or before i eat or just anything quick like that? is Holy Spirit going to bring me to God to do that? is this like where walking in the Spirit comes into play?

@vpopoola ....The answer to you question is yes. Even when we pray for a small thing or very quickly we need to be in spirit. The bible says the prayers of the righteous avails much ( or is very effective). We need even our quick prayers to get through. Although Benny explains this in a very drawn out and descriptive manner the manifistation of the spirit in your or my life prior to prayer can happen in fractions of a second as you move your will toward God. Like anything else it takes practice.
