@Nyolan The ginger beer is by a British company called Fentiman's and it is considered a premium ginger beer over here. It's made with all natural ingredients and is delicious. It does look more clear on the video than it is in real life, I just think it's down to the filming environment. I do urge you to try a bottle sometime if you can!

This recipe works just as well with Canada Dry instead of ginger beer which is a shade on the sweet side for me.
