i have done that lots of times

i would cut off the mole with clippers then take a knife and cut out the root of the mole so it would not grow back.

when it was over i had a 3 inch deep hole where the mole was.

guys, seriously DONT try this. i had a flat mole and i tried to remove it by cutting it and also by using mole removing creams and it DOES NOT work. his only worked because it was a skin tag and you cant really re grow a skin tag again.. surgery is the only answer for moles :/

A doctor had already looked at it and said the scar would be bigger than the mole. Tying it off... scar is 1/16 an inch for a 1/3 inch mole. There are videos of MDs tying them off. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it. I am very pleased with my very minor tiny scar.

Next time, tie some thin string around it as tight as you can and replace every two days. The mole just dies and then falls off- and it hardly hurts. I have done this with 3 moles now, and none have grown back! Good luck!

@HardcoreOscar all I did was I squished it with my fingers until it got thinner then I pinched it at the top closest to my skin...if you have nails then it is easier for the mole skin to break. It took me about 15 minutes in all I think. It may bleed and you will need something for that or someone to help you get all of it if its in a place that you visually can't see.

This is a skin tag, I get them all the time... Cutting it of the way you did is exactly the way your supposed to get rid of them.... My doc cut off 3 for me then told me how to do it myself.... Just make sure you use new clippers...

I do that sometimes. I have so many moles. It doesn't hurt too bad but it's scary to do. Usually I burn them with a lighter until they blister then either pick it off or use a nail clipper. Only do it if they are perfectly round and one solid color of brown. Any discoloration or irregular shape could mean it's cancerous and the cancer is under the skin like a tree's roots so it does require surgery.

There really wasnt much blood. It bled a little bit after I cut it off which wasnt shown in the video but nothing bad at all. I wish I would have done this a long time ago but I was always nervous to mess with it until I made the video. I apoligize for the swearing. I come from a Navy family :-)
