The beauty of all is that right now there using money at 0% ish interest rate and buying a huge amount of short term securities at 1-2%.
When have enough they can start to dump them back all at the same time to create a funding crisis for the GVT forcing austerity mesures on the people and dragging short term and eventually long term interest rates a lot higher.
