bad thing about kunaki, is that you cant save and come back later. it's a program which runs on the "online" browser, no saving options at all. you cant come to your work a week later with any new design ideas or anything, you have to input everything in 1 go, and stay online 'the whole time' . as it says in the FAQ, kunaki is certainly not customer (or creative) friendly. if they solved these problems, i would use it tomorrow. 3/10.

You should review trepstar.com cdDVDfulfillment. they are basically the same as kunaki. They cost a little more but they use better cds/dvds and you can edit your projects. I'm so sick of having to upload my project to kunaki each time a tiny thing changes.

I always have Kunaki ship directly to me. That way I can include bonus CD or DVD content in with every order I sent to a customer. I always send a couple bonus items that are related in some way to the original item purchased. I have lots of upsells on CD and DVD which makes this super easy. It's also extremely powerful and effective. People love getting more than they ordered.
Hi, when I try to use it, I get an error message on my windows xp pro computer, the application or DLL KunakiMediaDesign.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette

Hmmm.... that's a new one. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Kunaki? Maybe there was an error with your installation. Hope this helps.
