Everyone who is badmouthing Zyzz let me clear something out. Yes, Zyzz did take steroids. He was an ectomorph, and he somehow magically gained about 60 - 70 pounds of lean muscle in about 4 years, of course he used gear.

But roids doesnt get you there. You can't pop a few pills and think 'Tomorrow I'll be Ronnie Coleman'. You still need a good dieting and workout routine and most importantly motivation and pain through honest hard work. This is why I still see Zyzz as a great motivation. RIP
