  • anyone no the piano track at 4.12

  • @outlawmadebolder it's The House Crew and Maniac (hypermix) i may just have to purchase this dvd as once again they really capture exactly what it was like back then, pandemonium and bloody marvellous, i'm pining for the old days.

  • tune at 1:49 ? Title?

  • 1 last post.. sorry this music just makes me so happy! i just wanted to say THANK YOU for the upload of this and it will never be forgotten as long as i'm around!!

  • btw that kid that comes up thru 15 secs to 28 secs.. lmao just made my fuckin day!! ohh man ohh man put me back in 92 plzzzzz!!!!!!

  • HARDCORE YOU KNOW THE SCORE!

  • Is that a young ELLIS DEE on the wheels ???

  • 4:02 pure hardcore at it's finest. Can't fault production house for some of their gems they released during the golden era :)

  • the death of the rave sean came because rather than mdma in the pills they put ketamin or speed

  • @marshgatelaneposse That and the criminal justice Act!!! Possibly the last natrual (ish) youth revoloution that will grace this earth, nothing will ever ever match those magical years, the way it evolved from 89 till 92 was fooking unbeliveable. peace to the Jungle tekno crew who were really liveing this once ! gone but most definateley not forgotten.

  • i must have been the only raver back in the day that never on an E or trip. by 1am i was nakard!

    a e 1 else like me? :)

  • @cvb55ty Yeah me mate!! Never touched the stuff. Respect

  • feel the fuckin rush!!!!!

  • yes 91-93 was pure hardcore ;D

  • @markylovesrave yesss i love the piano!!!!!!!! u can never go wrong with sum piano!!!just makes me wanna toddle around so bad lol

  • that nite was fuckin mental, top nite, like many others around the UK at that time. days I truely miss, clubbers these days aint got a scooby do, thats a fact, those days are gone forever but at lease WE were there, you know who you are!!!!! oldskool Crew!!!!! check da breaks!!!!!!!!!! like a mani-ac!!!!!! FIRE!!!!!!!

  • you are so right, well said, hardcore all the way

  • Besides if they were old enough around 92 a lot of them given the choice would have mashed it up with the best of us!

  • ...not bein born till after John Lennon died. If anything the younger ravers around now should be applauded for listenin to the tunes we love rather than sellin out to shit like 50 cent, Nelly and Rhianna like a lot of their contempories do!

  • I'm 31 and was probably one of the youngest to attend raves out of anyone that I recall meetin tho my recollection was a bit fucked up! To be fair I don't think anyone who went has a go at 18 to say 27 year olds now about them not havin it the same way we did. We do tend to have a go at things bein shitter in terms of hardcore around now bein bollocks mostly listened to by 8 year olds and Es bein 10 for a fiver and equally wank but thats hardly the fault of anyone thats into oldskool despite...

  • Can anyone id that brilliant piano tune coming in at 4.05.

Some great dancing going on here, is it really 17 years ago, i think we should be allowed to by back a year from the end of your life and go back to 92 .

  • DJ Ellis Dee on the Wheels Of Steel from 0:37 secs onwards!

  • jesus man it's total shit these days the government have seriously fucked up things they need to bring back the good old days of rave shell suits, vics ,glow sticks and whistles robots other crazyass suits but it seems it's all rubbish these days

  • The tape pack of this very event was the soundtrack of my summer 92. Don't remember much cos I was off my tits for most of it! ;-)

  • crazy dayz

  • anyone know the name of the track at the begining just before sweet freedom ?

  • first one is DJ's Unite volume 1

  • ye man bring back the shell suits, vics ,glow sticks and whistles them were times man no bad attitudes just aload pills and dancing

  • a load of pills? In my time we didnt call them 'pills' 1989 - 1993. . What is the theme of pills, paracetomal? It was E throughout and within. . .£15 street market, Pure MDMA, the least harmful drug on the scene. .

  • first track is S.S.P. - Sweet Freedom

    Until 0:16 there's also DJ's Unite volume 1

  • to many bad vibes now days

  • i realy need to know the name of the opening track please anyone come on ravers ?

  • Totally agree....... there was no animosity.

Everyone was just out for a good night. I loved it. I 35 now and still wish I could could back to it. But i glad i did it when i did!!!!! It not the same now!

  • me too what a good time then.

  • The passion of Punk and the compassion of the Hippy movement. Man, those were the days. No one on the hustle, if they were they would have been dealt with, just everyone out for a good time.

  • those were the days!!! long long gone!!! whats the track 2.40 in to the vid anyway what a trip down the olddddd roaaaadddd

  • hahhaha that's DJ Ellis Dee!!! Total Badman!!!!!!!

  • I agree mate best daze of my life but we wouldn't live very long :)

  • 20 quid for a jack n jill which'd last all night to the early morn... those were the dayz man...sweet mems.... check out my channel for some oldskool choonz ;P

  • @tkatschuk

Alright mate, long time no chat. . .Jack and Jills? Never heard of them, during these era the factories produced love doves, dennis the menaces, new yorkers, white burgers and rhuburb and custurds. . .I dont condone drugs now, but just to set the record straight pure MDMA is less harmful than alcohol and aspirin

  • @tkatschuk lol yeah man drugs back then were good! Not like the shit you get nowadays.

  • lol proper pillz, red & blacks, rhubarb & custard, new yourkers.... my jaw aches just thinkin of it ^^

  • billydaspliff

lol I remember when Dennis (Easygroove) was a headliner, he's a muppet noweredays (Hi Dennis lol).

I miss those days so much, makesme sick to see people trying to replicate that era, IT WONT HAPPEN!

    'Hardcore, You know tha score!'

  • that was a reply to vegunited06

  • easygroove best dj on the night still got mix tape, proper pills then as well!

  • looks wicked. it's just a shame most of those ravers grew up to be what i now call arrogant 30+ year old twats sniping at younger ravers whenever they get a chance.

  • absolute agreement mate, i agree them days look superb but im sick of all the stick we get off the people who where there

  • yes. thing is, I'm 22. and I love oldskool more than anything right now, I wish I was this age back in the day. so it's not fair on the minority of my age I get the usual 'these kids don't know a thing about rave' waffle.

  • well vegunited...

im in your boat im 21 and i absolutly love oldskool.i think alot of the 30+ ppl you are on about aint bashing ppl like us directly!

i think they are more on about the new hardcore crap thats around these days.... like

look at fantaxia 1992... absolutly spot on!!!

look at fantazia today... absolutly shocking!

thats what i think the older lot are on about or atleast i hope that.

  • sitting in a mw services for 2 or 3 hrs at midnight sat/sun along with 500 GTI's sounds blasting out everyone off their nuts already- suddenly car horns would go off and you should have seen it- spectacular!!- One police car sat in the corner as we all went for it- It was mental really and that was before we even got to the field with 20 speakers piled up in it- hammered all night and half the next day- I usually couldn't eat anything till at least wednesday- That was EVERY weekend mate : )

  • What are you talking about. . .These songs werent even played at that night. . I was there, hardcore raver from 1990-1994. . It was 1993 Jungle came in big effect. . I remember that night with Top Buzz MCing in reverse

  • Read the comments knob. We wrote the book on early 90's raving. I was at this, as well as Camden Palace - Orange Crew - Astoria on a Saturday, plus many many more, I said this was last of the happy, happy Vibe, before jungle blasted onto the scene. Get me. I rode the jungle scene meself, dont even go there got the T-shirt

  • Cryptonite, Eclipse, Amnesia, Raindance, Obsession, Milwaukies, Quadrant I visited way before Dreamscape 1. . .I live in Milton Keynes and remember seeing the flyer on my car disbelieving there would be a rave in my home town whilst visiting reality in a field in thetford

  • Listen, I aint getting into a a slaggin match with a fellow oldskool raver. Yeah we hit eclipse in coventry, Vision out door, Method, Dance Wicked under the arches way back when. I probably passed you a few times, da truth be known. I didnt mind the jungle, but 92 was the one for me, the Golden era, like every era has its day, that was ours. Peace. I lived in Luton by the way

  • Im from Luton used to do Camden every week m8 and Astoria and Rocket.Where you from im Sundon Park.

Best times ever at Camden proper pills.

    Respect to you m8

  • Easy Bro! Yeah I knew a few lads from sundon, Peter Taylor, Steve heinz, Lee, Ged Campbell, Kev thompson, Kev Watson all them boys.

Happy days! Loved every minute of it!

Camden was the best. Nothings ever come close.

    Peace.

  • I am Lee m8.....lol

  • and let me guess, you were the jungle crews that invaded the happy scene by mugging people and selling paracetamol. . .I remember labyrinth in dalston. . full of attitude and no doubt still listenting to drum and bass, as for you writing the book on early raving wtf are you talking about, idiot. .lol

  • any event in dalston is guna full of attitude

  • Unfortunately I wernt at this one. SwiftScoobyC: Jungle came in a big way...yeh there are some bods out there who have the attitude but lets not tar them all with the same brush....1 Love at the end of the day :)

  • I can safely say i was at this! and what a night it was..Milton Keynes. Luton Crew in da House. It was a Top Top night, the tunes just kept rollin, break after break, Grooverider rocked da show, Top Buzz was firin, all of those DJ's were, Feels like yesterday!! Great atmosphere, this was just before the jungle kicked in and brought the attitude with it, The happy days were on da way out, Wicked night, Great Video, Luton crew are on the Original Video. Shame we're not in this clip.

  • Fuckin awsome rare clip! 92''Flashbacks ;)

  • That guy near the end....he knows the score....cos he's ''THERE'' :)

  • Roll your eyes, then you have your passport to heaven. . .;) I stopped raving many years ago but have fond memories. .

  • How much for an E now, 5 quid or something. Remember the 15 quid Double Dove, Double Deckers? (I think). I remember my mate having a Red Devil, he was buzzing the next day. Stopped for a Coffee in Macdonalds about 9 in the morning, coming back from the Tasco Warehouse in Plumstead (Volatile State). He was rushing with all the Saturday morning shoppers.

  • You know the score Tkatschuk!

  • Those were the days man!!

  • Dreamscape 2 had the best lights of the 3. . .I preferred Eclipse though. . .Last rave was at the Q Club in Birmingham. . .All the old skool ravers can be found in Ministry, Cream, Passion. . Progressive house is where the atmosphere is. . .Go to the elephant and castle in London to Ministry, thats the closest you will come to the same atmosphere as the early raves

  • I was at Dreamscape 1, 2 and 3. . .I remember the lights at Dreamscape being the best of the 3 I went to, before Dreamscape sold out. . .Starting raving in 1990 to 1994. . .Those were the days where Es were MDMA and the street price was £15, Dennis The Menaces, Love Doves, XXX, Love Hearts. . .I was so monged I can vaguelly remember how the time flew by. . Before long it was the end of the rave

  • Cheers for the info on Ministry...i was also at the dreamscapes...im in my 30's now man but was kie on an e last week for the first time since back in the days, i like relived it all listening to old skool and watching old vids n shit. Keep on stomping. Can't beat the old love doves tho...totally cabbaging. ;)

  • not today u wud not pills are shit!!!

  • @ JonSwales

"Anyone know what the tune is right at the end (5-20 onwards) the bassline tune with the ragga stuff over the top? Cheers."

The ragga bit is from the tune b4 the bassline bit kicks in - which is House Crew - Maniac (Hypermix). The bassline bit at the end is from the next tune coming in - Sonz of a loop da loop era - Further out.

  • the mixing the guy tries to do around 1:00 min into it is pretty bad.

  • Beautiful! I love how these parties were using "spin & puke" style lights like the double derby (center stage) along side the scanners. Looked as visualy appealing as it was music wise.

  • Classic!!! Thank U YouTube

  • My first ever rave!! great memories, how life has changed for us 'Old Boys' eh!!!tring to find/download audio for Dreamscape 2 . Any ideas anyone?
