man, is it that hard to walk behind the weight rack. I dont know about you but when im lifting and there's someone standing/walking too close to me, i loose concentration.

people say lunges are bad for your knees, but the people who complain about knee problems dont consider the fact that maybe their form is shit. when i did lunges correctly, i never had a problem. unless i didnt stretch.
the close stance on squats is harsh on my body though, but apparently for this guy its okay. I dont know why it doesnt hurt his back and knees, but to each his own i guess.

BTW that gym is too damn crowded for me - I'd be shoving those walking stick men out of my way all day! Why do people go during peak times?
